WHAT DOES PROFANE MEAN ?

IN THE HEBREW: STRONGS SAYS 2610: PRIMITIVE ROOT (chalaf) TO SOIL ESPECIALLY IN A MORAL SENCE ....... CORRUPT, DEFILE, X GREATLY, POLLUTE. 2114: COMMIT ADULTERY. 2490: TO WOUND, TO DISSOLVE, TO PROFANE PERSON PLACE OR THING, TO BREAK ONES WORD, PROFANE ONESELF, TO PROSTITUTE, SLAY.

These words both from Strong's Hebrew Concordance and our english dictionary give us a pretty good understanding of what using a profane behaviour means. Although through our Dictionary, it always amazes me how our language (English), mixed with pagan and religious traditions combined, can on the other side of the word, separate what is secular and what is religious when they are already mixed. I.E. you know.... the "godless" thing, when we already know His Name is Yahuah and mentioning the godless word is religiously secular, this is the stuff Yahusha wants us to "Come out off."

"IN RESCENT STUDIES WE HAVE REALISED THAT QUARRELLING ABOUT TURAH IS WICKEDNESS,"

Today we are going to look a little deeper into this word "QUARRELLING," by understanding the word "PROFANE," A profane behaviour is a person who will completely and rudely disrespect any person, place, or thing. Facebook is teaming like a mouse plague, with self-appointed profane teachers who will shoot you down with religious arrows called KNOWLEDGE.

This is why we need to know what the Turah is actually saying to us. Check these texts from 2Tim 2:14-24

14. Not to wage verbal battles 16. keep away from "profane" empty babblings, for they go on to more "wickedness." 19. let everyone who names the name of Mashiak,turn away from wickedness. 21. If then anyone who cleanses himself of quarrelsome behaviour,he will be a vessel to value. 23. Refuse stupid & foolish questions knowing they breed quarrels. 24.A servant of the Master should not quarrel.

In summary we can see that PROFANE BEHAVIOUR is to quarrel not only about Turah, but anything. Profane behaviour is sin and wickedness. Empty babblings lead to quarrels and more wickedness - a very destructive cycle.
