Today Turah is not taught in the home. So when you need staff to grow your business, you're going to bring people amongst you with no Turah training. In our business, because we are not allowed to preach religion to staff members, we disguise Turah under the burka of professionalism.

Professionalism is a behaviour, which we can introduce through THE 3 RULES. We also use the dictionary of the language of our nation and teach them professional words which mainly have to do with behaviour, hence we find through these tools, the mind of our staff is dwelling in and behaving Turah. We printed out a copy of this word FRUSTRATE and pointed out the difference between street-behaviour and professionalism. We told them that people are watching their behaviour outside the business as well and if they are wise they will beware of their reputation if they want to be successful.

It is a good thing for all of us to be aware of these two words RUDENESS AND FRUSTRATE and make sure we don't manifest such behaviour before the Master.
